Founded in 2002, Chengguang is engaged in researching, manufacturing and marketing of AGM,EFB , SLI,Heavy Duty type automotive batteries,which cover the standard of JIS,DIN,BCI,AS(Australia),SA(South Africa).Chengguang also supply motorcycle batteries,full range of VRLA batteries and Lithium-ion battery solutions.Chengguang factory covers an area of 200,000 square meters, which has over 1,000 employees.

We own total 18 battery assembly lines,9 grid production lines, 10 coating lines ,28 casting grid machines,and 15 pieces of 28-ton Lead powder machines.

  • Battery Assembly lines

    Chengguang have total 18 highly automated assembly lines,which can assemble 40,000 pieces per day.

  • Lead Powder Production Lines

    With 15 pieces of 28-ton Lead powder production lines,Chengguang is able to guarantee the daily Lead Plate supply to smooth the next other battery production processes.

  • Battery Charging

    Chengguang battery charging equipment are with auto cooling system which can control the battery outer temperature during the charging process.

  • Grid Production

    Chengguang have total 3 Punched grid production lines,6 Pulled Grid Production Lines,and 28 Casting grid machines,which can produce 3.5 million pieces of battery plate per day.
