Founded in 2002, Chengguang is engaged in researching,manufacturing and marketing of automotive batteries.We also supply full range of VRLA batteries,Motorcycle Batteries and Lithium-ion battery solutions.Chengguang automotive battery factory covers an area of 200,000 square meters,with over 1,000 workers.We own total 18 battery assembly lines,9 grid production lines, 10 coating lines ,28 casting grid machines,and 15 pieces of 28-ton Lead powder machines.Our daily production capacity: Lead Plate -- 3.5 million pieces;Battery assembly-- 40,000 pieces.Our planned design capacity--10 million KVAh

With 15 pieces of 28-ton Lead powder production lines,Chengguang is able to guarantee the daily Lead Plate supply to smooth the next other battery production processes.
Battery Charging
Chengguang battery charging equipment are with auto cooling system which can control the battery outer temperature during the charging process.
Grid Production
Chengguang have total 3 Punched grid production lines,6 Pulled Grid Production Lines,and 28 Casting grid machines,which can produce 3.5 million pieces of battery plate per day.
